US Licensed Mental Health Provider – (LMHC/LPC/LPCC/LCSW/Psychologist) (AGV00239)

Medcase is partnering with Agave Health, a pioneering virtual clinic dedicated to supporting adults with ADHD. We’re seeking licensed therapists passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy for adults navigating ADHD and common co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, sleep issues, and relationship challenges.

This project offers the best of flexible remote work: you choose your schedule, receive paid time for training and consultation, and benefit from a guaranteed monthly minimum of 10 compensated hours to ensure stability as you ramp up.

• Engagement: Part-time, 100% remote teletherapy for Agave’s adult ADHD population; clinicians contract and are paid directly by Agave.
• Scheduling: You define availability; member self-booking is handled via Agave’s scheduling flow. Weekly hours can be capped on request.
• Clinical model: Evidence-informed therapy with ongoing training and recurring group consultation led by Agave’s clinical leadership.
• Initial licensure focus: CA, NC, MA, OR, CO.
• Interview process: Single interview with the Chief Clinical Officer after recruiter screening.

• Conduct intakes and provide individual, evidence-based teletherapy to adults with ADHD and related conditions.
• Participate in weekly group clinical consultation and ongoing trainings.
• Collaborate with Agave’s clinical leadership and care team; maintain timely documentation in Agave’s platform; manage your caseload/schedule.

• Psychologists (PhD/PsyD), LCSW, or LMHC, licensed and in good standing in CA, NC, MA, OR, or CO.
• US-based practice; comfortable delivering care in a protocol-guided, telehealth model with a reliable remote setup.
• In-network status with health plans is a plus (Cigna preferred).
• Minimum commitment of 10 hours per month.
