Project Summary
We are recruiting U.S.-based, licensed dentists to support a Ground Truth annotation effort for an FDA-oriented validation study. Clinicians will independently review intraoral X-ray images and identify all visible teeth by applying standardized tooth-level labels (e.g., “4-1”, “4-2”). The resulting annotations will serve as a high-quality reference standard dataset to support regulatory submission.
Participants will review intraoral X-ray images and identify all visible teeth by applying predefined tooth labels. Work will be completed independently within a secure, web-based annotation environment. No clinical context (patient history, reports, or outcomes) will be provided.
- Tooth identification and tagging only
- No localization, bounding boxes, or measurements
- Tags applied using standard tooth notation (e.g., “4-1”, “4-2”, “4-3”)

- Total Clinicians: 4 Dentists
- Workload: 400 intraoral X-ray images
- TPT: TBD.
- Schedule: Flexible
- Mode: Asynchronous, remote; work completed in the V7 Darwin annotation platform
Responsibilities
- Accurately identify and tag all teeth present in the assigned intraoral X-ray images
- Follow annotation guidelines and naming conventions precisely
- Complete assigned workloads within agreed timelines
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree with active U.S. licensure
- Ability to perform consistent, detail-oriented annotation work
- Willingness to support FDA-grade validation standards
- Ability to commit to a quick turnaround schedule
