This project supports the clinical validation of a new diagnostic imaging viewer used for CT, MRI, and mammography interpretation. We are engaging U.S.-based Diagnostic Radiologists who actively read mammography and meet MQSA qualification standards. Ground truth radiologists will provide the reference interpretations that guide the performance evaluation of the main reader study.
Your expertise ensures the clinical integrity of the dataset and contributes directly to the accuracy benchmarks used throughout the project. All work is completed remotely through a secure, web-based platform.
Project Details
- Workload: 30 mammography studies.

Commitment: Approximately 2–3 hours of total reading time, at about five minutes per case. Work can begin immediately and should be completed as soon as possible.

Mode: Fully remote, asynchronous participation through the Avara platform.

Purpose: Ground truth interpretations will serve as the clinical benchmark against which all main-study reads are evaluated.
Responsibilities
- Review all 30 assigned cases with full clinical context, including reports and pathology when available.

Deliver structured reference interpretations that serve as the project’s diagnostic standard.

Follow study protocols closely and complete reads within agreed timelines.

Conduct all reads independently, maintaining controlled access to case context as defined by the study design.

Use the Avara Clinical Platform to complete and submit all work.
Requirements
- American Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology.

MQSA qualification for interpreting mammography, with the ability to provide supporting documentation (such as privileging letters or facility attestation).

Substantial experience reading mammography studies in clinical practice.

Ability to complete the full 30-case set in the expected timeline.
