Project summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented AI Response Quality & Safety Reviewer to help evaluate and calibrate AI model outputs in response to user queries. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring AI-generated responses are accurate, context-aware, medically aligned, and free from harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content.

This project is well suited for clinicians who combine strong analytical thinking with a solid understanding of medical standards, clinical best practices, and patient safety principles—and who are interested in contributing their expertise to the responsible development of healthcare AI.

Project details

The work is asynchronous and 100% remote
A deadline of approximately 1–2 weeks will be set once tasks are released
Tasks will be shared with a group of doctors, allowing each participant to contribute based on their availability
Work will be released in batches, with each batch expected to require 5–10 hours of work per doctor

Responsibilities

Review and calibrate AI model responses to ensure they appropriately address user queries and intent
Assess AI outputs for potential harm, misinformation, or unsafe guidance, particularly in medical contexts
Verify that provided information aligns with established medical consensus, clinical guidelines, and best practices
Flag and document inappropriate, biased, or non-compliant content in accordance with defined safety policies
Evaluate whether the AI model correctly recognizes and incorporates relevant user context in its responses
Provide structured feedback and annotations to improve model performance and response quality
Identify recurring issues, edge cases, and failure patterns in AI outputs
Collaborate with AI trainers, product teams, and policy stakeholders to refine evaluation criteria and standards

Requirements

Licensed and in current clinical practice
3+ years of professional experience
