Project Summary
Medcase's leading client is seeking the expertise of a LATAM Board Certified Imaging Cardiologist or Thoracic Radiologists to participate in an upcoming 3D Intracardiac Ultrasound Project.
Project Details
To perform 3D segmentation and correction of specific cardiac structures using volumes derived from Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE).The main focus is on delineating the Right and Left Atria and associated great vessels in the heart.
Structures to be labelled:
- Right Atrium (RA)
- Left Atrium (LA)
- Superior Vena Cava (SVC)
- Inferior vena Cava (IVC)
- Right Superior Pulmonary Vein (RSPV)
- Right Inferior Pulmonary Vein (RIPV)
- Left Superior Pulmonary Vein (LSPV)
- Left Inferior Pulmonary Vein (LIPV)
Other cardiac structures (e.g., ventricles, aorta) may appear but do not need correction.
Responsibilities
- Complete the review of
atrial segmentation on 3D intracardiac ultrasound volumes with a workload of 5 to 10 hours.
- Perform assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Adhere to company policies.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and work ethic required.
- Adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn are valued.
Requirements
Provider need to have experience in:
- 3D volume review.
- Particularly echocardiography/intracardiac echocardiography.
- Cardiology experience, specifically a deep understanding of the anatomy of the cardiac chambers and their relation to the great vessels.
