Project Summary
We’re seeking licensed clinicians to support a short-term medical review initiative. This project involves reviewing and labeling sets of clinical queries according to predefined criteria. It’s designed for accuracy, not volume, and allows flexible timing based on your availability. Future tasks may be offered depending on performance and project needs.
Project Details
Clinicians will be provided with a set of 100–500 clinical questions (organized into batches of approximately 12 per task). Each query should be labeled using simple classification guidelines that will be shared beforehand. The work is estimated to take ~2 minutes per query, totaling roughly 17 hours—though exact hours may vary. Tasks will most likely be delivered via Google Sheets, and instructions/examples will be sent by email prior to launch. The start date is expected around mid-August, with turnaround based on your availability.
Responsibilities
- Review and label medical queries in accordance with project guidelines.
- Maintain consistency and attention to detail across batches.
- Complete tasks within the agreed turnaround timeframe.
- Communicate proactively about availability and workload changes.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD, DO, or equivalent).
- Clinical experience preferred but not strictly required.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow structured labeling criteria with precision.
- Reliable internet access and ability to work independently.
Compensation

The short term task consists of the following.

Around 17 hours of work - this workload might vary.
The platform/format of the tasks is to be determined, most likely they will be presented in a google sheet format.
The expected timeline is around mid august, and the turnanourd time will be defined based on the doctors availability.
We expect more work after this first review so doctors might get tasks regularly.
