Project summary
Medcase is inviting board-certified Hematology Laboratory Directors based in the United States to participate in a paid research interview project supporting the development of advanced diagnostic solutions. This opportunity is designed for laboratory leaders with hands-on operational responsibility who are actively involved in day-to-day hospital laboratory workflows.
Participants will take part in recorded, one-on-one interviews that capture real-world clinical and operational insights. Recordings are used solely to allow the client to review the discussion and accurately reflect the information shared. No specific themes are imposed, allowing conversations to reflect authentic practice and experience.
Project details
- Interview-based research engagement conducted remotely
- Interviews are recorded for client review and information validation
- Each interview lasts approximately 60 to 75 minutes
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate clinical and operational commitments
- No preparation or pre-reading required
- Follow-up interviews may occur
- End-to-end coordination, scheduling, and project management provided by Medcase
Responsibilities
- Participate in a recorded, one-on-one interview conducted remotely
- Share insights based on hands-on operational experience in hospital laboratory settings
- Discuss laboratory workflows, processes, and operational realities as they arise organically
- Provide experience-based perspectives that support product and research decisions
Requirements
- Board-certified Hematology Laboratory Director
- Based in the United States
- Direct, hands-on operational experience within a hospital laboratory
- Current or recent experience in one of the following settings:
- Small to medium hospitals (100–250 beds)
- Medium-sized hospitals (250–450 beds)
- Large hospitals (450+ beds)
- Primary professional focus on laboratory operations rather than purchasing or logistics
