Exercise Science Expert to Help Advance AI Health & Wellness Application - Delphi project

Medcase's leading client is initiating a Delphi Consensus Process to establish clear and comprehensive evaluation rubrics for GenAI models designed for exercise science applications (e.g., , strength and mixed cardio/strength personalized training plan generation and adaptation). This is part of their ongoing initiative to ensure the responsible and effective application of AI in health and wellness

We are seeking the expertise of exercise science professionals to participate in the Delphi Consensus Panel: a structured communication technique that relies on a panel of experts to iteratively refine their opinions through a series of surveys and controlled feedback, ultimately aiming to reach a consensus on the subject matter.

Project Details:

  • Complete up to three rounds of online surveys: Each survey will present you with potential evaluation criteria, metrics, and rubric descriptors related to GenAI in exercise science. You will be asked to provide your individual ratings, feedback, and justifications for your responses.
  • Participate in online discussions: Following survey rounds, there may be opportunities to engage in anonymized online discussions with fellow panelists to clarify viewpoints, discuss differing opinions, and collaboratively refine the evaluation rubrics.
  • Provide thoughtful and constructive feedback: Your expertise and critical evaluation will be crucial in shaping the final evaluation framework. We encourage you to share your insights based on your practical experience and understanding of exercise science principles.
  • We anticipate the Delphi process to span 3-4 weeks, with each survey round requiring an estimated 2-3 hours of your time.

Requirements:

  • Provider is a credentialed specialist in strength and power development or biomechanics of sprinting.
  • Provider is able to practice in their respective country.

For your valued time and insight, you will be compensated a competitive hourly rate.
