Project summary

Medcase is supporting a fast-growing virtual behavioral health clinic in recruiting highly qualified licensed mental health providers to expand clinical coverage and support increasing patient demand across multiple states.

This specialized telehealth practice focuses on helping adults with ADHD through accessible, evidence-based care designed to improve long-term patient outcomes and quality of life.

Selected clinicians will provide remote teletherapy services to adults experiencing ADHD and commonly associated conditions, including anxiety, depression, sleep-related concerns, executive functioning challenges, and relationship stressors. Providers will work within a structured ADHD-informed clinical model while collaborating closely with clinical leadership, therapists, and ADHD coaches.

Project details

The clinical team is currently seeking:

  • 1 PSYPACT-authorized Psychologist
  • 2 New Jersey-Licensed Providers (Psychologist, LCSW, LMHC/LPC/LPCC)
  • Part-time 1099 contractor engagement
  • Fully remote teletherapy model
  • Flexible, self-managed scheduling
  • Minimum commitment: 10 hours/month
  • Recommended availability: 10–20 hours/week
  • Adult ADHD-focused patient population
  • Structured onboarding and specialized training included
  • Rolling interview process with immediate recruitment timeline

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual intake assessments and evidence-based teletherapy sessions
  • Support adults with ADHD and related comorbidities
  • Develop individualized treatment approaches aligned with clinical protocols
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
  • Independently manage an active caseload

Collaboration Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and ADHD coaches
  • Participate in consultation sessions and ongoing training
  • Support quality standards and evolving clinical workflows

Operational Responsibilities

  • Complete documentation within required timelines
  • Maintain agreed schedule availability
  • Operate effectively within a remote care environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Active unrestricted U.S. clinical license in good standing
  • PSYPACT authorization required for the designated PSYPACT role
  • Active New Jersey license required for NJ-based positions
  • Minimum 6 months of experience providing evidence-based therapy
  • Previous experience in telehealth or remote care settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Comfortable using telehealth and digital documentation platforms
  • Reliable remote work setup with stable internet access and HIPAA-compliant environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience treating adults with ADHD and related comorbidities
  • Background supporting patients with anxiety, depression, sleep concerns, or relationship challenges
  • In-network status with major health plans
  • Cigna credentialing strongly preferred
  • Experience working in startup or fast-paced clinical environments
  • Familiarity with structured or protocol-driven care models
