Open role
US Family Medicine Physician for Clinical Feedback Review Project (ELSV S00344)
Project summary
We are looking for US Family Medicine physicians who participated in our previous Clinical Product Evaluation Project (ELSV S00251) to continue this work in a new phase. The client was pleased with the quality of the clinical input and wants to keep working with the same group. Your role is to help ensure the safety and clinical relevance of a decision support tool used by practicing clinicians every day.
Project details
- Format: Remote, async — work at your own pace
- Commitment: ~4 hours per week, 4–5 cases per day, approximately 15 minutes per case
- Timeline: Immediate start, ongoing through the end of 2026
- Tools: Web-based platform, provided and accessible upon onboarding
Responsibilities
Each day, you will receive a small set of cases flagged by real users of the clinical decision support tool you evaluated in the previous project. For each case, you will read the original clinical query, the tool's response, and any additional context the user provided — then describe the issue, assess its clinical safety, and assign a priority level to help the product team take the right action.
Specifically, you will:
- Review pieces of "Thumbs Down" feedback submitted by real users
- Describe the nature of the issue in clear clinical terms
- Assess the safety implications of each case
- Assign a priority level to guide the product team's response
Requirements
- Previously participated in ELSV S00251
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted US license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Mid-career (5–15 years post-residency) or senior (15+ years)
- Currently in active clinical practice
- Comfortable working with web-based tools
