Project Summary
Medcase is seeking licensed General Practitioners in Indonesia to support the verification and refreshing of a pre-existing list of health organisations. The role involves reviewing Health Authorities (HAs) and Vetting Organisations (VOs) to ensure they remain valid, active, and properly represented online.
Clinicians will evaluate each row in a spreadsheet, verify the organisational details via provided URLs, and confirm the status of associated YouTube channels where applicable. This project enables the improvement of public-facing healthcare information and supports ongoing clinical AI development initiatives.
Project Details
Scope of Work
Providers will review a pre-existing list of health organisations. Each row in the spreadsheet corresponds to a unique organisation with a role in healthcare.
You will verify the following:

HA Verification via VO URL:
- Confirm that the Health Authority (HA) is still listed on the Vetting Organisation’s (VO) website.
- This ensures the HA remains recognised by an accredited or government entity.

YouTube Channel Verification:
- Confirm that the YouTube channel listed in the sheet still exists and corresponds to the HA and/or VO.
- YouTube channels are typically found via the hyperlink on the HA website.
Important Notes:
- If the HA cannot be verified via the VO URL, you do not need to confirm the YouTube channel — simply leave a comment.
- Some HAs share a single YouTube channel through their VO. As long as the channel reasonably corresponds, it can be verified.
Time Expectation
- Aim for 2–3 minutes per row.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate the HA and VO information for each assigned row.
- Verify organisational legitimacy through provided links.
- Check the accuracy and activity of associated YouTube channels.
- Leave comments on rows where verification is not possible or unclear.
- Follow the project guidelines consistently to ensure quality and accuracy.
Requirements
- Licensed General Practitioner (GP) in Indonesia.
- Ability to review and verify information online with attention to detail.
- Comfortable navigating government, hospital, or organisational websites.
- Access to a stable internet connection.
- Ability to commit to short-term, task-based project work.
