Project summary

We are seeking practicing physicians to participate in a structured review project focused on evaluating AI-generated conversational outputs. You will review a set of AI responses presented in a Google Sheet, where each row contains two pairs of conversations (Model A and Model B).

Your role will involve rating each conversation from Model A and Model B independently across defined quality dimensions. After completing individual ratings, you will provide a final side-by-side (SxS) preference indicating which model performs better overall.

The conversations themselves will be in your local language (Arabic), while all ratings, reviews, and written comments must be completed in English.

Project details

Each conversation must be rated independently for both Model A and Model B before completing the final side-by-side (SxS) comparison

Mandatory Comments: A brief explanation is required for every rating dimension (e.g., if a conversation is rated as “inaccurate,” explain why in the adjacent column)

Health Literacy: A Health Literacy rating is required for every conversation. If the context is unclear, clarification should be requested

Summative Quality: A summative quality score must be completed for each conversation and for each model

Data Integrity: Every item must be rated against every question—no cells may be left blank

Project deliverables are expected to be completed by mid-October

Turnaround time will be set and confirmed shortly

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated conversations from Model A and Model B according to specified rating dimensions

Provide clear, concise comments to support every rating (mandatory for each dimension)

Complete all required fields in the Google Sheet without leaving any items blank

Respond to and action client comments directly within the sheet

Deliver objective, thoughtful feedback that reflects clinical reasoning and professional judgment
