Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Population Health Interview Opportunity (MDI S00131)

We are seeking Pharmacists with Population Health Experience to participate in a one-time virtual consulting opportunity with our client, to share insights into their use of medical technology in daily practice. The interview will also explore their interest in solutions aimed at addressing population health challenges, including medication contraindications and associated risks.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Current clinical practice.
• A focus on quality teams or pharmacy teams in a healthcare setting.
• Experience in cost reduction or quality metrics activities, particularly within health plan pharmacies, care coordination, or quality metrics teams.
